Of women choosing themselves, their light, their wisdom, their love, and deep authenticity.

I feel so honored to lead my Wild Woman Retreats.

This isn't just about me guiding other women; it's about us, women, finding our place within our wild sisterhood.

As the lead teacher and founder of The Wild Woman Reterats, I can tell you how these powerful experiences are much more than teaching and sharing my knowledge and expertise.

For me, this is about sharing, connecting, and feeling that genuine love and support between us all.
The laughter, the hugs, the deep conversations, the cries, the incredibly powerful vulnerability, and the spontaneous dancing and shouting around.

Being part of these retreats is a journey of self-discovery for me too. I find myself over and over again within our circle of women, not just as a facilitator, but as a sister Wild Woman.

The love and authenticity that I experience touch me deeper every time. It's a reminder of the power of sisterhood and the strength that comes from embracing our true selves.

As I reflect on the last immersion Wild Woman Retreat in Costa Rica, last February 2024, I'm extremely grateful for the connections we've made, the stories we've shared, the courage to express and release, and the support we've given to each other.

This retreat is a reminder of the beauty of being a wild woman and the magic that happens when we come together.

In my full honesty, nothing has been more powerful than planning, facilitating, and experiencing this profound immersion.

Wild Woman Retreats are experiences like no other: through the practices we offer, the circles where we communicate and share with our hearts and our bellies, the breathwork ceremony, the kirtan and cacao ceremony, the Yoga, the meditation techniques you’ve never experienced before, the ecstatic dances and somatic therapies… And then the tears shared, the smiles shared, the deep, authentic love shared.

You come to one of these retreats, and you’ll never be the same person ever again.
I know for a fact that it will blow your mind and that your soul will arise.

One thing that for me is essential during these retreats, is that every single woman feels heard, seen, supported, and included.
And that everyone feels safe to be herself for who she truly is; no bullshit is going to pass on. I will do anything it takes to help you find your most authentic self, embrace your uniqueness, and liberate yourself from wounds and old patterns so that you can forgive yourself, love yourself deeper, shine brighter, and believe fiercely in yourself.

You are going to come out of this journey with best friends, and people who will always be there for you no matter what.

You are going to come out of this journey as a real badass, a fearless, devoted, receptive, loving, empowered, embodied woman.

I say this all the time: empowered women empower women.
We’re here for each other, for the community, for the emotions shared.

I am blessed to be able to hold these kinds of spaces and to be guided by my angels who show us the way to empowerment, embracing our true selves.

To womanhood, and the infinite power we all hold.
