Mummy and Me
A 5-Week Yoga Series for You and Your Baby
Yoga, with Babies
The series starts on:
Tuesday, February 11th, at 11am PT • Online via Zoom
Reconnect with yourself while bonding with your baby! Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also a time of great change. At times, it can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. Our Mummy & Me Yoga classes provide a space for mums to feel supported, rejuvenated, and connected—not only to their babies but also to a community of like-minded women. Whether it’s moving together, exchanging tips, celebrating milestones, or simply being heard, connection is vital for emotional well-being and thriving in motherhood.
What to Expect:
Gentle Yoga
In these yoga classes, we’ll focus on opening the body and deepening the bond between you and your baby. Suitable for all levels, the movements are simple, nurturing, and calming.What you’ll need:
A yoga mat
A pillow
A blanket for your baby
Come as you are and enjoy this special time together.
A natural, judgment-free zone
We understand that being a mom comes with surprises. In our classes, it’s completely okay if your baby cries, needs a diaper change, or if you need to breastfeed. These moments are welcome, and we’ll go with the flow to ensure a comfortable and authentic experience for everyone. If your baby needs your attention throughout the entire class, I will send you the recording so you can practice at a later time.Community & Support
After each class, we invite you to stay for a heart-centered sharing session where we can connect, support one another, and build lasting friendships.

Pricing Options:
Single Series Pass (All 5 classes): $125
Drop-in (if space available): $30 per class
Other expectations:
Baby noises and communications are welcome (dare we say, encouraged?)
Baby care is expected - soothing, feeding, changing - do what you gotta do
Baby’s focus and ability to “sit through a yoga class” are definitely not expected, because… babies. Babies do what they want

These classes are perfect for babies from 6 weeks to crawling age. However, we welcome moms to join when they feel ready, ensuring both you and your baby are comfortable.

Not at all! These are all-level classes, and whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll feel right at home.

All you need is a yoga mat, a pillow for support, and a blanket to create a cozy space for your baby.

No worries! Crying, feeding, or diaper changes are part of the experience, and we fully embrace these moments. Even my own baby may start crying suddenly, and we’ll navigate it together with patience and understanding. You’ll also receive a recording of the class to practice at your own pace if needed.

Absolutely! Our classes are gentle and designed to support your healing process. However, it’s important to wait until your healthcare provider clears you for physical activity. We encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks as needed. Modifications will be offered to ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the class.

Absolutely! The Mummy and Me Yoga classes are open to expectant mothers as well. The sessions include gentle and supportive movements designed to nurture both your body and mind during pregnancy. Modifications are provided to ensure your safety and comfort as you prepare to welcome your little one. As always, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise routine while pregnant.
