The most Profound Openings happen when you Align with your Truth

I am so grateful. 

So much there is in this world to explore and dive deeper into. 

I am truly blessed for you all people, for connecting with me, for reading my words, for joining my retreats, my yoga classes, for choosing to heal and transform with me, for loving me.

Life is hard sometimes. It throws you the most challenging shit and often it’s hard to keep going all alone.
I cherish the power of community, of togetherness, of humanity uniting and co-creating. 
I wouldn’t be anything if it wasn’t for the rest of humanity. Yet, I feel I am an essential micro fragment of the Universe with so much energy to share.

My life revolves around people and energies.
I am a vessel born to honour God, which acts with an open heart to make others feel whole, complete. When you feel a whole with the universe, that’s when I feel I become wholeness too.

It’s all about love.
We are ONE and we’re in this crazy beautiful life together.
I love you. I thank you. I love you. 

I am whole, unshakeable, undivided.
I feel embodied, powerful, integrated and honest with myself.
And there is so much love in space. I believe that when you are true to yourself, that’s the deepest expression of love.

The most profound openings happen when you align with your truth.
Learning to have integrity is a long, challenging journey, yet it is the most rewarding path for spiritual awareness and success in life.

I am experiencing day by day the importance of being true to myself to be for others too, to be responsible and conscious about the choices I make so that I can share these same values with others.

I choose to cut the umbilical cord and become comfortable with the uncomfortable, to die and be reborn again.

For me, that’s how you can fully surrender, let go, purify your soul and connect with the new spaces you will create next.
It’s about finding more clarity and being truly open to transformation and elevation.

Taking life from this perspective I know that deep in my essence, deep in my truth, will allow me to live a good life, to be successful, be psychologically and physically healthy, to mature the ego, to be grounded and deeply aware.

Life is a beautiful journey. When we open to it, everything opens to us.
When we go inwards in search of ourselves, not only we connect with our truth, we also realise that within ourselves lives the whole Universe, that same Universe of which we are part of.
